Chuck is definitely the tallest disc jockey we have. Towering at 6’ 6”, basketball was an obvious passion of his at an early age. He continued his love of basketball by coaching at several colleges in Michigan and then moved onto the pro ranks in the countries of Denmark & Sweden
Deciding to leave basketball, he moved back to Michigan and chose to pursue a different avenue. He was used to being in the spotlight, taking control of situations and having to please many people. Add to that a love of music and he had the makings of becoming a disc jockey… and that’s what he did.
Chuck began entertaining in the early 2000’s. He enjoyed playing in the local bars & clubs, but after several years, he realized he could make more money at receptions and corporate parties. In 2003, he came to us looking to broaden his horizons. Having a few years of experience under his belt and a desire to entertain full-time, how could I turn down this charming guy with a million-dollar smile?
Chuck has a very positive attitude. When he sets his mind to doing something, he gets it done. With his various experience, he is able to adapt to any environment and please any client. He’s great on the mic, excellent at mixing, knows his music extremely well, can host karaoke, has a great personality and on and on. Chuck’s a well-rounded guy ready to take on your next event. He’s a great asset to our team!

Chuck Speidel was our DJ for Discovery Elementary’s Father/Daughter dance. There were 94 girls in kindergarten through 5th grade with their dads, uncles, grandpas, or any important male in their lives. Chuck did an outstanding job and had most everyone dancing. Chuck played songs that the children liked and then alternated and played songs that the adults would enjoy as well. He also played songs that the girls and dads could slow dance together, such as “Dance with my Father” by Luther Vandross. In addition, he also took song requests when possible. The dance was 2 hours but went quickly due to the enjoyment of the music and dancing. I would definitely use Chuck again for future dances. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chuck Speidel!
